Metodología para la gestión estratégica del medio ambiente en instituciones de educación superior (IES)

Abstract

Se planteó una propuesta metodológica para la Gestión Estratégica del medio ambiente en las universidades, se manifiestan los pasos, tareas y técnicas a utilizar para lograr esta gestión. La metodología la componen 4 etapas, las cuales transitan desde el diagnóstico estratégico a través de la DAFO hasta la implantación de planes de mejora, se destacan las características en la misma de participación, proactividad, enfoque de proceso y mejora continua. Con esta propuesta se logró introducir en los niveles de dirección la temática ambiental y el despliegue de los objetivos hasta el nivel operativo, contribuyendo esto a elevar la calidad de vida universitaria.
