La investigación acción participativa: instrumento para la transformación del trabajo en las microuniversidades rurales

Abstract

La realidad de las micro universidades rurales dentro del contexto de la universalización superior pedagógica en Cuba, y particularmente del trabajo del tutor para la asesoría de los docentes en formación, precisa de una forma de organización del trabajo que permita la transformación de directores, tutores y docentes en formación en el propio proceso docente educativo. Es sugerente, entonces, incluir en este proceso una metodología que por su carácter dinámico y participativo permita insertar la investigación a la práctica diaria de la educación y que involucre activamente a todo el personal docente-y por qué no a los alumnos- en el mismo. Para esta propuesta se toma la metodología de la investigación acción participativa y se propone una estrategia que permita la organización y desarrollo de la investigación y solución de los problemas en el propio proceso docente educativo, con la participación dinámica y transformadora de todos los sujetos implicados.
