Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo realizado en la comunidad René Almanza Soto, del consejo popular 01 en Amancio, constituyó una gran experiencia ya que el objeto de la recreación física son indudablemente los gustos y preferencias recreativas de la población, a través de este método logramos incorporar gran parte de los habitantes a la realización de las actividades físicas recreativas que tienen como fin lograr una recreación sana. De modo que no es posible desarrollar un buen proyecto recreativo sino se tiene en cuenta que el primer paso será un efectivo trabajo de levantamiento o búsqueda de información y conocimiento a través de un cuidadoso diagnóstico en función de los objetivos planteados y con posterioridad el logro del perfil de las actividades de tiempo libre relacionadas con esta comunidad. Como resultado de la investigación se obtuvo las propuestas de actividades de la recreación física en relación a los intereses, preferencias y necesidades de la comunidad lo que benefició a esta población en la salud, lo social, lo económico y por tanto en una mejor calidad de vida por un desarrollo local sostenible.
