Abstract

Elevar la calidad del aprendizaje es objetivo fundamental en la formación inicial y permanente de los profesionales de la educación y en este sentido están dirigidas las transformaciones que se ejecutan, en la actual Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas cubana. Por tanto se producen nuevas necesidades en la superación de los profesores y de los propios directivos lo cual ha hecho meditar sobre ¿qué vías se puedan utilizar para satisfacerlas? ¿ qué acciones se pueden realizar dirigidas a la superación metodológica de los profesores en esta nueva etapa de transformaciones?¿ y a qué personal debe estar dirigida?
