El Trabajo Metodológico En La Sede Pedagógica Municipal: Un Reto De La Universalización

Abstract

Este trabajo partió de la necesidad de contribuir a la capacitación de los profesores en la Sede Pedagógica para elevar la calidad de la docencia universitaria utilizando como vía el trabajo metodológico a partir de lo normado por la Resolución Ministerial 210 de 2007. El diagnóstico y la caracterización de este personal demostraron la existencia de dificultades que limitaban la calidad de la docencia en la Sede. A partir de la búsqueda de solución a estas dificultades se organizó un sistema de trabajo metodológico teniendo en cuenta las características y necesidades de los profesores y directivos involucrados en este proceso en el territorio. La introducción de estas acciones en la práctica permitió elevar la calidad de su preparación y contribuyó a elevar la eficiencia en la dirección del proceso de formación inicial y permanente. Las principales experiencias logradas en el municipio Amancio se describen en esta ponencia.
