Una Contribución A La Formación Ciudadana De Los Estudiantes De La Carrera De Estudios Socioculturales

Abstract

La carrera de estudios socioculturales prepara a profesionales capaces de facilitar y enriquecer la vida cultural de los territorios y las instituciones a partir de su condición como agente de cambio, sus campos de acción abarcan todos los ámbitos sociales. No se concibe un profesional egresado esta carrera que en sus modos de actuación manifieste un comportamiento ciudadano inadecuado. Durante los estudios universitarios su formación ciudadana es una prioridad. Cómo contribuir en la Sede Universitaria a la formación ciudadana fue la problemática que condujo a introducir en el Proceso Docente Educativo un sistema de acciones para alcanzar este propósito. Las acciones diseñadas e incorporadas al quehacer cotidiano de los estudiantes en la Sede propiciaron modificar su comportamiento ciudadano sobre todo en lo referido a la responsabilidad, la identidad y la participación ciudadana.
