Abstract

El presente estudio es una investigación, enmarcada en las ciencias económicas, de carácter fáctico, descriptivo, documental y de campo, que se materializará en un proyecto, que pretende proponer el soporte metodológico, vistos los graduados como capital humano, dentro de las organizaciones productivas y de servicios. Este soporte propone interrelacionar actores del proceso, medios, necesidades y obtener resultados tangibles, en términos de costo-beneficios. El soporte propuesto será exitoso en la medida que el desarrollo de los proyectos de TIC conduzca a cambios de paradigmas en el proceso de formación postgraduada y por consiguiente, en la formación del capital humano en las organizaciones del territorio de Santiago de Cuba.
