Abstract

Uno de los objetivos fundamentales de la escolaridad obligatoria es posibilitar una transición fluida entre la etapa de Primaria y Secundaria. Este proceso suele estar obstaculizado por diversos problemas: dificultades en la coordinación zonal, dificultades en asumir actuaciones tutoriales coherentes intercentros… lo que supone que el alumnado se vea sometido a un cambio brusco de centro, de compañeros, de profesores y de expectativas académicas. Todo ello puede generar dificultades de integración escolar, de comunicación con las familias, de adopción de medidas educativas oportunas… por eso es necesaria la coordinación de los EOE, DO y tutores. A través de este programa de transición y acogida trataremos de coordinar las diferentes actuaciones que deberán llevarse a cabo para ofrecer una respuesta adecuada a las necesidades que plantean los alumnos al pasar de una etapa a otra, actuando desde los ppios de prevención y desarrollo.
