Educación Para La Salud De 0 A 6 Años

Abstract

Se denomina con el término higiene el conjunto de reglas que deben observarse para conservar y mejorar el estado general de salud. La higiene personal, no ha de considerarse como algo aislado del proceso de crecimiento y mucho menos se debe reducir a unas normas o hábitos. El aseo y el cuidado del cuerpo, el cuidado del aspecto personal, la adquisición del control de esfínteres y la consiguiente utilización del orinal o del w.c, la adquisición de destrezas para vestirse o desvestirse, habrán de integrarse en un trabajo más global dirigido al conjunto de la vida de cada niño-a y en todo caso desde un enfoque de autonomía y crecimiento personal en su conjunto.
