Abstract

A nivel mundial, se ha registrado un aumento de la participación de la mujer en la educación superior (Alcantara, 2006). En México el crecimiento de la matrícula a nivel licenciatura ha presentado un comportamiento similar; de los años sesentas a los noventas el incremento de su participación se acerca al 50% y en el año 2000 ha llegado a un 46% (ANUIES, 2000).
