Performances artísticas callejeras en Argentina y Perú. Dinámicas del arte y la intervención política en contextos recientes de crisis económica y sociopolítica

Abstract

Este trabajo aborda comparativamente performances grupales realizadas en distintos espacios públicos (Lima, Perú y Buenos Aires, Argentina) durante los años 2000-2002. Este es un período de profundas crisis de representación política que fueron el resultado de la implementación de políticas neoliberales acompañada de hechos graves de corrupción e impunidad frente a la justicia. A partir de la descripción de la óptica de los estudios culturales se avanza hacia las modalidades en que se establecen las disputas por la atribución de sentido de la Nación y por la creación de una nueva ciudadanía.
