La protección de los bienes de interés cultural por parte de los propietarios

Abstract

La Administración al igual que las personas físicas, pueden llegar a ser propietarios de los denominados "Bienes de Interés Cultural", bienes que ostentan valores históricos, artísticos, arqueológicos, etnográficos o paleontológicos o que constituyan testimonios singulares de la cultura canaria. Ello conlleva el otorgamiento de una serie de obligaciones correspondientes a los propietarios de los mismos. Aún así, son muchos los bienes que teniendo esta categoría, hoy en día, están en cierto grado de desaparición, degradación o alteración de sus valores; como es el caso de la Casa Amarilla.
