Museos y Mercado del Arte. La adquisición de Bienes Culturales realizada por el Estado: una manera de recuperar, impulsar y difundir nuestro Patrimonio

Abstract

El Estado español juega un papel esencial en el Mercado del Arte adquiriendo, a través de su órgano ministerial de Cultura, numerosos bienes culturales que integra en las colecciones de nuestros museos. La misión de éstos, además de conservar, investigar y comunicar, consiste en adquirir obras y difundirlas al público que los visita de forma activa. Para ello, el Ministerio de Cultura, cuenta con órganos como la Junta de Calificación, Valoración y Exportación de Bienes Culturales que se encargan de ello, existiendo a su vez una serie de canales de comercialización del mercado del arte como las galerías, ferias de arte y antigüedades, marchantes y casas de subastas.
