Abstract

This study aims to highlight the public service of justice in Romania. The second part shows the current structure of the judicial system in Romania, as well as its partners, authorities participating effectively in the development of public service of justice in Romania. As long as justice is the third power in a democratic state, in the third part there are presented and analyzed its functions in this regard.
