Abstract

Introducción. 1. Enfoque de esta ponencia. El problema de la financiación del fenomeno económico de los países poco desarrollados se enfoca y decide desde dos puntos de vista contrapuestos. Hay, de una parte, quienes sostienen que una política monetaria de estabilidad es incompatible con el fomento de la produción y estan resignados a la idea de que la inflación y el desequilibrio en los pagos internacionales son fenómenos consustanciales al proceso de desarrollo y, consiguientemente, inevitables, si se desea lograr éste. Frente a éste criterio está el de quienes afirman las superiores ventajas que para el logro de un desarrollo económico equilibrado ofrece una política de estabilidad financiera...
