Abstract

Introducción. Es muy conocido que el choque al precio del prinicipal producto de un pais afecta la balanza de pagos y las finanzas públicas, y por lo tanto el tipo de cambio y la política financiera y tributaria del gobierno. Los choques a un sector importante de la economía tienen efectos inclusive en sectores no vinculados directamente con el sector de que se trate. Estos efectos provienen de los cambios ocasionados en la política de impuestos y del gasto del gobierno, y posiblemente en el tipo de cambio. Así, de manera característica el efecto de choque se deja sentir también en sectores desligados del sector afectado...
