Abstract

I. Presentación y resumen. La naturaleza de este documento es el de una experiencia en busca de una metodología y fuentes de información que permitan la elaboración de un informe periódico sobre la evolución del comercio internacional, lo cual será de gran utilidad para los países de la América Latina y el Caribe. Su objetivo es presentar una visión de cómo evolucionaron las relaciones comerciales internacionales en el bienio 1985-1986. Para ello, se consideran los principales cambios recientes en la economía mundial, las orientaciones organizativas o institucionales de lo que ha dado en llamarse el comercio administrado, asociado a formas de proteccionismo tanto arancelarias como no arancelarias...
