Abstract

This article tries to make some reflections on the technological innovation, the competitiveness and the formation of human resources, in the basis of an analysis of some various studies results. The aim is to shed light on the necessity of the different public administrations to make an effort in order to establish mechanisms and plans of coordination of the different initiatives that sustain the technological innovation that avoids to squander resources, so that to obtain a major national articulation and important levels of economic and social development.
