Abstract

El legislador considera que la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores dependen básicamente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales por parte del empresario. Por el contrario, en determinadas ocasiones, la seguridad y la salud del trabajador depende asimismo del cumplimiento por parte del trabajador de determinadas obligaciones.
