Abstract

Las nuevas tecnologías de innovación tienen incidencia sobre el empleo : incidencia positiva, o negativa,derivada de condicionamientos sociales y económicos y políticos.Incidencia positiva, por las nuevas demandas económicas y sociales que induce la nueva situación creada por la innovación tecnológica. Incidencia negativa por no estar a la altura los modos de gestión, ineptitud gestora; por la irrupción salvaje de las nuevas tecnologías, y por la imposibilidad de obviar medios para afrontarla; por la no existencia de una política industrial adecuada. Parece legítimo pensar que si en este país, los miles de millones que ha dedicado la Administración Pública al cierre de empresas hubieran estado orientados hacia la política industrial exigida por la irrupcion de las nuevas tecnologías, este país se encontraría en situaciones de industrialización y de empleo más semejantes a las de sus compañeros de la UE.
