Sermaye Yapisini Etkileyen Firmaya Ozgu Faktorlerin Analizi: IMKB Hizmet Firmalari Uzerine Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu calisma kapsaminda hisse senetleri IMKB’de islem goren hizmet sektoru firmalarinin sermaye yapisini etkileyen firmaya ozgu faktorlerin saptanmasi amaclanmis olup, bu amac dogrultusunda soz konusu firmalarin IMKB’nin web sitesinden elde edilen mali tablo bilgileri panel veri kullanilarak regresyon modeli ile analiz edilmistir. Sonuc olarak hizmet firmalarinin sermaye yapisini etkileyen en onemli faktorlerin karlilik, firma buyuklugu, firmanin likiditesi ve firmanin varlik yapisi oldugu saptanmistir. Arastirma bulgulari finansal hiyerarsi yaklasimina uygun olup, borc disi vergi kalkani, buyume olanaklari, firma riski, vergi ve borclanma maliyeti degiskenlerinin hizmet firmalarinin sermaye yapisini etkileyen onemli faktorler olmadigi ortaya cikmistir.
