Abstract

Tedarik Zinciri Yonetimi (TZY) bir urunun arzinda cesitli roller ustlenmis firmalarin kendilerine ozgu yeteneklerinin ve kritik is sureclerinin tedarik zinciri boyunca butunlesik yonetimi yoluyla performansi arttirmayi, yapisal ve operasyonel belirsizligi azaltmayi ve sonuc olarak sirketler arasi rekabetten tedarik zincirleri arasi rekabete gecmeyi hedefleyen yeni bir stratejik calisma modelidir. Bu calismanin amaci TZY uygulamalari ve orgutsel yapinin yerinden yonetim, formel performans kontrolu, uzmanlasma ve butunlesme boyutlari arasindaki kavramsal iliskiyi incelemek ve test etmektir. Bulgularin TZY uygulamalarini gerceklestirmek isteyen isletme yoneticilerine orgutsel yapiyi duzenleme konusunda yardimci olacagi dusunulmektedir.
