Stratejik Dusunmedeki Keskin Viraj Ya Da Soyut Varliklarin Zaferi: Strateji Haritalari

Abstract

Son donemlerde strateji kavrami tekrar isletme literaturundeki yerini almaktadir. Stratejinin yurutulmesi formule edilmesi kadar onemlidir. Strateji, paydaslar acisindan nasil deger yaratilacaginin bir tasvirini olusturmaktadir. Ozellikle soyut varliklarin isletmelerin piyasa degerlerini, %75’inden fazlasini olusturmasi nedeniyle strateji kavramina butuncul bir bakis acisinin kazandirilmasi onemlidir. Bu calismada orgutun stratejisine dort farkli perspektiften neden-sonuc iliskileri acisindan yaklasilarak stratejik dusunmeye farkli pencereler acilmasi yoluna gidilmistir.
