APC (Amerikan Verimlilik Merkezi) Cok Faktörlü Verimlilik Ölcme Modeli ve Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Küresel Pazardaki rekabet ortaminda varligini sürdürmek isteyen bir örgütün, firma icinde verimlilik düzeyini izlemesi önemli bir yönetim fonksiyonudur. APC (Amerikan Verimlilik Merkezi) modeli, firma bazinda cok faktörlü bir verimlilik ölcme modelidir. Yöntem, verimlilik performansini dogrudan firmanin karliligina baglamaktadir. Bu prosedürlerin üstünlüklerinden en dikkate deger özelligi, geleneksel rasyo yaklasimlarinin ötesinde yöneticilerin daha yatkin olduklari ve daha rahat anladiklari finansal bir dille verimligi aciklama yetenegidir. Bu durum ölcme prosedürlerinin performans izleme ve karar verme araclarina daha uygulanabilir olmasini ve firmanin tüm yönetim süreclerine bütünlesik bir parca haline gelmesini saglar.
