Isletmelerde Stratejik Bilgi Sistemleri Yönetimi ve Rekabet Üstünlügü Elde Edilmesindeki Rolü

Abstract

Isletme yönetiminde bilgi ve bilgi islemeye olan gereksinim gecmiste bir rekabet araci olarak pek ilgi görmemistir. Günümüzde ise dogru, zamanli ve yerinde bilgi isletmelere rekabette üstünlük saglayabilmektedir. Bu dogrultuda, isletmenin cevresinden toplanan bilgileri belirli bir düzen icerisinde isletmeye aktararak ilgili kullanici gruplarina sunan bilgi sistemlerinin önemi isletmeler icin artmaya baslamistir. Öyle ki bilgi sistemlerini, stratejilerini uygulamada bir arac ve destek olarak kullanabilen isletmeler rekabet yarisinda bir adim daha öne gitmeyi basarmislardir. Bu calismada stratejik bilgi sistemleri yönetimi üzerinde durulmus ve stratejik bilgi sistemlerinin isletmelere ne sekilde rekabet üstünlügü saglayabilecegi incelenmeye calisilmistir. Stratejik bilgi sistemleri yönetiminin bir parcasi olan stratejik bilgi sistemleri planlamasinin amaclari ve yaklasimlari anlatilmistir. Ayrica örgütsel yetkinliklerin gelistirilmesinde stratejik bilgi sistemlerinin rolü incelenmistir
