Konaklama Isletmelerinde Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk Algisinin Is Doyumu Uzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu calismada, konaklama isletmelerinin kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algilarinin calisanlarin is doyumu uzerindeki etkileri arastirilmistir. Calismada kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk; etik, gonulluluk ve ekonomik sosyal sorumluluk olarak uc boyutta ele alinmistir. Arastirma yontemi olarak alan arastirma yontemi kullanilmis, yapilandirilmis anket teknigi ile veriler Cesme’de faaliyet gosteren 4 ve 5 yildizli oteller, butik oteller ile tatil koylerinde calisanlardan toplanmistir. Toplanan verilere SPSS 16 paket programi kullanilarak, faktor analizi ve regresyon analizi uygulanmistir. Calismanin bulgulari,kurumsal sosyal sorumlulugun, etik ve ekonomik sosyal sorumluluk boyutlarininis doyumunu olumlu yonde etkiledigini gostermektedir.Bulgular, KSS uygulamalarinin, isletmelerin isgorenleri ile iliskilerinde olumlu etkisinin olabilecegini gostermektedir. Calismanin sonuclari, konaklama isletmeleri yoneticileri icin pratikte, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk ve is doyumu stratejileri gelistirirken yararli olabilir.
