Destekleyici Orgut Ikliminin, Psikolojik Sermaye ile Is Doyumu Iliskisinde Duzenleyici Etkisi

Abstract

Pozitif psikolojinin orgutsel alana yansimasi olarak gelisen pozitif orgutsel davranis, calisanlarin orgut icindeki gelistirilebilir pozitif guclerini ve psikolojik kapasitesini konu almaktadir. Pozitif ozelliklerini etkin sekilde yansitabilen calisanlar orgut ciktilarini digerlerine gore daha olumlu sekilde etkileyebilmektedirler. Yazinda, bireylerin pozitif guclerinin sinerjik ifadesi olan psikolojik sermaye ve onemli orgutsel ciktilardan birisi olan is doyumu arasinda olumlu iliskilere isaret edilmektedir. Bu calismada, calisanlar tarafindan orgut ikliminin olumlu ve destekleyici bir sekilde algilaniyor olup olmamasinin bu iliskideki duzenleyici etkisi arastirilmistir. Arastirmanin kuramsal modelinin test edilmesinde SPSS programindan yararlanilmis ve hiyerarsik regresyon analizi yapilmistir. Ozel bir hastanenin 319 saglik calisani ile gerceklestirilen arastirmanin bulgulari, soz konusu duzenleyici etkinin varligini desteklemektedir.
