Saglik Hizmetleri Talebi: Erzurum Ilinde Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Saglik hizmetleri sektoru gelisme potansiyeli genis olan bir sektordur. Her bireyin saglik hizmetleri ile karsilasma ihtimalinin yuksek olmasi, saglik hizmetlerine ayrilan kaynaklarin toplumsal refah icin kullanilan kaynaklarin onemli bir bolumunu teskil etmesi ve dissalliklari cok yuksek olan bir sektor olmasi nedeniyle bu sektore olan talebin arastirilmasi onem arz etmektedir. Sektorun bu onemine istinaden hazirlanan calismanin amaci saglik hizmetlerinin talebinde etkili olan faktorleri belirlemektir. Bu amac dogrultusunda anket verileri kullanilarak saglik hizmetleri talebini iceren bir logit modeli SPSS ve LIMDEP paket programlari ile tahmin edilmistir. Analiz sonucunda tuketicilerin saglik hizmeti talep etme olasiliklarinin gelir, yas ve ailedeki birey sayisi ile dogru orantili oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ayrica ekonomik faktorler, saglik personelinin tutum ve davranis ile hastanelerin fiziksel ortami gibi grup degiskenlerinin ortalamasi 0,05 anlamlilik duzeyinde genel ortalamadan istatistiki acidan anlamli derecede farkli oldugu tespit edilmistir.
