Abstract

Psikolojik taciz, bir orgutsel nevrozdur. Psikolojik tacizin amaci, kurbani saldirganin iradesine bagimli hale getirmesi ve kisili-gini tartismasiz kabul etmesi suretiyle orgut icinde huzursuz bir ortam yaratarak magdurun isten ayrilmasini saglamaktir. Psikolojik tacizin meydana gelmesinde bireysel ve orgutsel nedenler rol oynar. Psikolojik taciz, dunyada bircok sektorde rastlanilan, magduru fiziksel ve psikolojik olarak etkileyen, verimliligin azalmasi ve isten cikma gibi nedenlerle orgutlere zarar veren bir nevroz durumudur.
