Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Yeni Calisma Iliskileri

Abstract

Bu calismada bilgi teknolojileri (BT) ile yeniden bicimlenen calisma yasaminda, calisanlarin isveren karsisindaki konu-munun nasil degistigi ana sorusuna cevap aranmaktadir. Bu cercevede calisanlarin BT vasitasiyla nasil denetlenip izlendi-gine, kadin emeginin BT yogun is ortamlarindaki konumuna, BT yogun islerin calisanlarin sagligi uzerinde yarattigi etkilere, BT’nin sendikalari ve sendikal orgutlenmeyi nasil etkiledigine deginilmektedir. Isin “uzaktan olabilme” niteligi ile calisanin “izolasyonu” tartismasindan yola cikilan calismada, bu yeni is ortaminin gorunurdeki degisime ragmen ozunde Taylorizmin temel prensiplerine hizmet eder nitelikler tasidigi sonucuna varilmaktadir.
