Abstract

Isletmeler buyume hedeflerine ulasmak icin alternatif stratejiler belirler ve bunlari, uygulamaya calisir. Igor Ansof tarafindan ortaya konulan ve en yaygin kullanilan buyume stratejileri pazara nufuz etme, pazar gelistirme, urun gelistirme, cesitlendirmedir. Bu calismanin amaci, Denizli nin en buyuk 12 isletmesinin buyume stratejilerini tespit etmektir. Calismada, arastirma yontemi olarak, dort buyume stratejisinin birbirleriyle karsilastirilmasina imkân veren Bulanik Analitik Hiyerarsi Sureci (BAHS) yaklasimi kullanilmis ve stratejilerin onem dereceleri belirlenmistir. Bulgular pazar gelistirmenin en fazla kullanilan strateji oldugunu ortaya koymustur.
