Universite Ogrencilerinin Isveren Secim Kriterlerinin Belirlenmesine Yonelik Kesfedici Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Bu calisma ile universite ogrencilerinin mezun olduktan sonra calisacaklari isverenleri secim kararlarinda rol oynayan faktorler ve soz konusu faktorlerin etki dereceleri belirlenmeye calisilmistir. Iki asamada gerceklestirilen arastirmanin ilk asamasinda ogrencilerden mezun olduktan sonra calismayi dusundukleri isverenleri belirtmeleri istenmis, daha sonra her bir isvereni secme nedenleri tumevarimsal bir yaklasimla derin lemesine sorgulanmistir. Elde edilen veriler, Patton (1990) ve Breaugh’un (1983, 1992) onerileri dogrultusunda sistematik bir surec izlenerek derlenmis ve 5 faktorden olusan bir olcek gelistirilmistir. Ikinci asamada, ilk asamada gelistirilen anket formu Turkiye’deki 87 farkli universitedeki yaklasik 188.523 ogrencinin e-posta adresine gonderilmis ve 19.894 kullanilabilir anket formu elde edilmistir. Arastirma sonucunda ogrencilerin isveren secimlerinde; kariyer olanaklari/calisma sartlari, gorsel kimlik, urun/hizmetler, orgut kulturu ve rekabetci konum faktorlerini dikkate aldiklari belirlenmistir. Bunlardan rekabetci konum ve kariyer olanaklari/calisma sartlari faktorleri temel belirleyici durumunda iken, bu iki faktoru sirasiyla urun/hizmetler, orgut kulturu ve gorsel kimlik faktorlerinin izledigi gozlenmistir. Elde edilen bulgular daha once yapilan arastirmalar isiginda degerlendirilmistir
