(VF)À partir du cas des sociétés de biotechnologies, cet article tente de tracer quelques pistes générales de réflexion sur les mécanismes spécifiques de gouvernance des jeunes entreprises innovantes, notamment dans les secteurs soumis à des changements technologiques et concurrentiels rapides où ces jeunes entreprises jouent un rôle crucial dans les processus d’innovation. (VA) Drawing from the case of biotech start-ups, the aim of this paper is to highlight some general insights into the governance mechanisms of young innovative firms, especially within industries witnessing rapid technological and competitive change where start-ups play a crucial role in innovation processes.
