Les rôles de la migration et de la légitimation des savoirs dans l'apprentissage organisationnel:études de cas

Abstract

(VF)Cet article expose une modélisation du processus d'apprentissage organisationnel développée grâce à deux recherches empiriques qualitatives successives. L'article met en évidence en particulier le rôle que joue la migration des savoirs dans le développement des apprentissages les plus radicaux. Au-delà, les conditions pour que des apprentissages locaux deviennent organisationnels sont exposées et le double rôle de la hiérarchie dans ce processus complexe souligné.(VA)This paper proposes an organizational learning odel based on two successive qualitative studies. This article highlights the knowledge migration's role when significant learning occurs. The conditions necessary for local learning to become organizational are presented. The double role of hierarchy in the organizational learning process is pointed out.
