Abstract
(VF)Cet article examine les implications sur les recherches en finance d’entreprise du renouvellement récent des conceptions théoriques sur le fonctionnement des marchés financiers. En distinguant les approches issues de la finance comportementale de celles portées par les conventionnalistes ou par les tenants de l’utilisation des études sociales de la finance ou de la sociologie économique, le travail présenté ici permet d’identifier un certain nombre de perspectives pour les recherches futures en finance d’entreprise.(VA)This paper analyzes the consequences on corporate finance of changes in the standard paradigm approaching financial markets in terms of the rationality of their actors. Describing the characteristics of different trends in the recent literature (behavioural finance, conventions theory and the social studies in finance), we identify some paths for future research.
