Abstract

This paper proposes a group multi-criteria decision making approach based on MULTIMOORA method and trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (ITFNs). Specifically, the definition of ITFN by Nehi and Maleki (2005) is followed. The proposed approach relies on the trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy power aggregation operators, which reduce the impact of biased assessments in the group decision making. An illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the operationality of the proposed methodology.
