Abstract

Esta investigación se basa en una explotación sistemática de una fuente hasta ahora sólo utilizada para reconstruir indicadores económicos de larga duración, los Libros de Sociedades del Registro Mercantil. Pero, además, es susceptible de una explotación mucho más intensiva que consistíne, básicamente, en la reconstrucción de los grupos empresariales y de su dinámica inversore, mediante la recogida de los nombres de los inversores que aparecen en las Escrituras de Constitución de cada Sociedad.
