Abstract

Resumen:Con base al proceso de cambios que se llevó a cabo en Colombia a partir de la Constitución Nacional de 1991 y posteriormente con las Leyes 142 y 143 de 1994 y que afectaron directamente el sector eléctrico, además de una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la integración vertical y sus principales efectos; se analizan los cambios dados en la regulación del sector eléctrico para desintegrar dicho sector y se muestran algunos aspectos, sobre el tema, de evidencia para el caso colombiano.Abstract:Based on the changing process that took place in Colombia since the Constitution of 1991 and then with the laws 142 and 143 of 1994 that affected directly the eclectic sector, and also a bibliographical review about the vertical integration and its principal effects; the changes given in the electric sector regulation to disintegrate such sector are analyzed, and some aspects about the topic are shown as evidence in the Colombian case
