Abstract

El presente artículo es uno de los productos que surgen a partir de la investigación Arbitraje con ADRs: un Estudio de Caso Sectorial para Empresas de Colombia, México, Brasil y Chile" en el cual se hace un análisis detallado de las generalidades de los ADRs por medio de la búsqueda de las razones macroeconómicas y microeconómicas que llevaron a importantes empresas de Latinoamérica a emitir este tipo de activos financieros, buscando aumentar su participación en el mercado estadounidense y captar recursos para llevar a cabo sus planes expansionistas y de mejoramiento de la empresa."
