Incidencia de la norma ISO 9000 en Colombia y en algunas empresas en el mundo

Abstract

El presente escrito explica cómo ha incidido la implementación y certificación de la norma ISO 9000:2000 en algunos países y en Colombia. Este cuestionamiento se centra dentro de la disciplina de la producción y de la calidad. Se mencionan de forma general algunas experiencias particulares que se presentan en ciertas organizaciones con el fin de encontrar una relación entre la certificación con la eficiencia, productividad, competitividad y rentabilidad. En mayor parte de las empresas el impacto es positivo.
