Abstract

Una visión integral de la gestión humana de carácter estratégico constituye un gran reto para la gerencia actual; el énfasis en el desarrollo de actividades generadoras de valor representa una referencia obligada al momento de incorporar nuevas herramientas, enfoques o modelos que contribuyan a la formulación y ejecución de la estrategia empresarial, al tiempo se requiere de velar por una gestión humana que permita una actitud permanente de reto e innovación en el empleado y que ahonde en un perfil adecuado de los directivos de la empresa. El énfasis en la responsabilidad social empresarial deberá ser otro elemento para incorporar al terreno de la gestión humana, si realmente lo que se busca es que desde la gestión del recursos humano se consoliden verdaderos esquemas de organización que garanticen la supervivencia de las empresas.
