Caracterización De Fondos De Empleados: Un Modelo Para Su Gestión Social Y Financiera

Abstract

El propósito del presente documento es presentar avances de investigación de una propuesta de desarrollo de un modelo de gestión social para Fondos de Empleados, que involucre sus áreas de servicio, administración, bienestar, finanzas y responsabilidad socio-ambiental, apoyada en un aplicativo informático, que le aporte al fortalecimiento de esas entidades y que sirva de fuente importante para la formación en áreas de economía solidaria a los futuros contadores. Para tal fin se realiza un revisión de la literatura existente y se construye un marco teórico, histórico y referencial que sustente los resultados esperados. Entre los resultados esperados se encuentran la caracterización de los fondos de empleados y su gestión social y financiera.
