Momentos de afianzamiento organizacional
Abstract
resUMen en la vida de la organización surgen momentos que podrían denominarse como momentos de afianzamiento, los cuales son períodos en los que se logra una aproximación al cumplimiento de la visión de futuro planteada como resultado del compromiso de los agentes de la organización con una visión compartida y como la organización hace frente a su entorno variable, lo que motiva a la dirección y a los agentes a prepararse para la búsqueda de nuevos futuros anhelados o para la extinción de la organización. aBstract there are times in the life of an organization in which there are moments that can be called strengthening moments. these are periods in which an approximation to achieving the future vision is explained as the commitment of the organization’s agents to a shared vision facing a changing environment and is what motivates the direction and the agents to prepare for the search of new horizons or for the organization’s extinction. resUMo na vida da organização surgem momentos que poderiam denominarse como momentos de afiançamento, os quais são períodos nos que se logra uma aproximação ao cumprimento da visão de futuro proposta como resultado do compromisso dos agentes da organização com uma visão compartida e como a organização enfrenta o seu entorno variável, o que motiva à direção e aos agentes a preparar-se para a busca de novos futuros esperados ou para a extinção da organização. rÉsUMÉ dans la vie de l’organisation il y a de moments de consolidation qui sont des périodes avec une approche de la réalisation de la vision présentée comme un résultat de l’engagement des dirigeants de l’organisation pour faire face à son environnement changeant, ce qui motive à la direction et au personnel, à se préparer soit pour un nouveau futur soit pour l’extinction de l’organisation.Download Info
