Abstract

RESUMENEn México, la investigación sobre Mobbing es incipiente, de manera que se consideró importante emprender estudios de esta forma de acoso humano y las consecuencias que tiene sobre la productividad y salud laboral de las organizaciones.En este trabajo se presenta el estado del arte del Mobbing, y propuesta de un modelo, siendo una de sus variables la Inteligencia Emocional, desarrollado en el contexto de las organizaciones mexicanas. El modelo se desarrolló para evaluar este fenómeno en instituciones mexicanas y su objetivo es contribuir a mejorar el clima laboral y como consecuencia la productividad de la organización.Esta investigación se realizó bajo una búsqueda bibliográfica donde se localizó, recuperó y analizó información que permitió el desarrollo de este documento. De igual forma con la información pertinente se logró ubicar a los autores de frontera y sus correspondientes investigaciones empíricas.El presente trabajo es el inicio del estudio de las variablesInteligencia emocional y Mobbing las cuales están inmersas en un proyecto de investigación. Se pretende que el modelo a desarrollar permitirá tener una herramienta de mejora continua, a fin de disenar y realizar medidas de prevención así como el control del fenómeno en la organización.ABSTRACTIn Mexico, research on Mobbing is emerging, so it was considered important to undertake studies of this form of harassment and human impact on workplace health and productivity of organizations.This paper presents the state of the art of mobbing, and proposed a model to be one of the variables Emotional Intelligence developed in the context of the Mexican organizations. The model was developed to evaluate this phenomenon in Mexican organizations and their goal is tohelp improve the working environment and productivity as a result of the organization.This investigation was realized under a bibliographical research where it was located, recovered and analyzed information that allowed the development of this document. Similarly with the pertinent information it was managed to locate to the border authors and his correspondingempirical investigations.The present work is the beginning of the study of the variables Emotional Intelligence and Mobbing which are immersed in an project of investigation. It is tried that the model to develop will allow having a tool of continuous improvement, in order to design and to realize prevention measures as well as the control of the phenomenon in theorganization.
