Abogacía de la competencia: La nueva tarea de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio

Abstract

La Abogacía de la Competencia es una de las formas de vigilar la libre competencia en los mercados. Esta función fue atribuida a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, como autoridad nacional de competencia, y de ella se deriva una labor mancomunada con todas las autoridades que ejercen funciones de regulación con el fin de evitar la generación de efectos anticompetitivos en las regulaciones estatales.
