El papel del rol y el contexto en la competencia del Juicio Moral: Estudiantes de Negocios Vs. Burócratas

Abstract

Esta investigación presenta los resultados de la competencia del juicio moral, mediante la evaluación del índice C, entre dos roles y dos contextos diferentes, el de estudiantes de licenciatura en administración y el de burócratas. Los resultados mostraron un menor valor del índice C de los burócratas comparados con el valor de los estudiantes, lo que implica que el rol y el contexto organizacional público influyen negativamente en el valor del índice C.
