La Economía Solidaria Desde La Perspectiva Administrativa

Abstract

El presente artículo aborda la perspectiva administrativa de la economía solidaria con base en autores queproponen un modelo de gestión acorde con sus características, tales como Henri Fayol, Max Weber, Elton Mayo, Fritz Roethlisberger, Herbert Simon, Chester Barnard, McGregor, Maslow, Herzberg, Ludwig Von Bertalanffy, Kast y Rosenzweig. Las teorías de cada autor postulan posibles formas de administración de las organizaciones de economía solidaria, de acuerdo con el estudio, el análisis y la observación del trabajo de estas organizaciones. Será el elemento administrativo la base para crear y entender un modelo de gestión objetivo de la investigación La economía solidaria un desafío a los modelos organizacionales tradicionales. Propuesta de un modelo de gestión para las organizaciones de la economía solidaria en Colombia, de la cual se desprende el presente artículo (Vélez, 2008).
