La Participación Laboral De Las Parejas Comprometidas En Colombia Como Una Decisión Familiar

Abstract

En este artículo se analizan los determinantes de la participación laboral de las mujeres comprometidas y su cónyuge como una decisión familiar en Colombia. Las estimaciones econométricas muestran que la decisión de la pareja de participar en el mercado laboral es interdependiente y en ella influyen diversos factores como la existencia de hijos en edad preescolar y escolar, las condiciones económicas en el hogar, los indicadores de demanda laboral y las características regionales.
