Estructura y Dinámica del PIB del Valle del Cauca y de Colombia. 1960-1995

Abstract

En el periodo 1960-1995 la economía vallecaucana creció a una tasa promedio del 4.96%, ligeramente superior al a tasa de crecimiento de la economía colombiana para el mismo periodo, 4.48%. Sin embargo, la tasa de crecimiento de la economía del Valle del Cauca fue muy similar a la nacional hasta medidados de la década de los ochenta, fecha a partir del cual el crecimiento económico de la economía vallecaucana superó al de la economía nacional por un período de una década.
