Abstract

The article argues that the process of European before integration has beensuccesful because it meant economic growth, development and politicalintegration, for all europeans, doing the EU prosperus as never before. Onthe other hand, the EU en joys free movements of people and commonpolitical institutions for 25 countries, from the Atlantic coast to the bordersof Finland, and it also has a New Constitution, but all this will not make theEU a Nation" "State", because it doesn´t unite all Europeans althoughrepresents another effort to preserve and deepen unity."
